Straight answers about how IT job support works, who it is for and what it costs.
IT job support is practical, on-demand technical guidance for working IT professionals. An experienced practitioner helps you understand a task, debug an issue, review your approach or prepare for a technical discussion — so you can complete your own work with confidence. It is mentoring and guidance, not someone doing your job for you.
It is for working IT professionals — developers, QA engineers, DevOps and cloud engineers, data engineers and analysts, Salesforce and ServiceNow professionals, security analysts and business analysts — especially those who recently changed jobs, joined an unfamiliar project or are working with a technology that is new to them.
Yes. Our service is designed for IT professionals working in the USA. Sessions are scheduled around Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific time, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
We support more than 40 technology tracks across development (Python, Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js), cloud and DevOps (AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform), data (SQL, Spark, Airflow, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI), enterprise platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP), QA automation and cybersecurity. If your stack is not listed, ask — we likely cover it.
Yes. We help you analyze logs, errors, configuration and deployment problems and work out a safe next step. You stay in control of your systems: we guide you through the investigation using the information you are permitted to share, and we never access employer environments ourselves.
Yes. Debugging is one of the most common requests. We help you reproduce the problem, read stack traces, isolate the root cause and understand the fix. We can also review your code and suggest cleaner approaches.
Yes. We support AWS, Azure and GCP along with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps — from permission errors and networking issues to failing pipelines and deployments.
Yes. Mark your request as Urgent or message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to arrange a same-day session. Availability depends on the technology and time of day, and urgent requests may be priced differently.
Sessions are held online over a video call with screen sharing, using common tools such as Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. You share a sanitized view of the problem, and we work through it together. Please never share passwords, credentials or confidential data.
We match you with someone who has hands-on experience in your technology stack. If you have worked with one of our professionals before and would like to continue with them, tell us and we will schedule accordingly whenever possible.
Yes. The Monthly Support plan is designed for professionals who want regular guidance throughout a project, with multiple sessions, priority scheduling and a consistent point of contact.
Pricing depends on the technology, complexity, urgency and how much support you need. We offer per-session, hourly and monthly options; current starting prices are on our Pricing page. You always receive a clear quote before any work begins.
Yes. When you submit a request, select your time zone (ET, CT, MT or PT) and your preferred date and time. We schedule around your workday, including before work, after hours and weekends.
Yes. We offer interview preparation in the form of mock interviews, concept reviews and feedback on how you explain your own experience. We never attend interviews on anyone's behalf or help misrepresent skills — the goal is for you to perform confidently on your own.
Share your technology stack, a short description of the task or issue, what you have tried so far, relevant error messages (with sensitive data removed), your deadline and your preferred time. Only share information that your employer's policies allow you to share.
